Useless. Don't issue prescription as due review with no warning despite having my address email and phone numbers. So when I ask for an appointment for a review there isnt any appointments so I'm left with no medication. They just dont care. My husband had been sent via them for chest x-ray and physio yet when he got to each appointment he wasn't booked in as his name wasn't on the list. Should be reviewed immediately my the local health authority

This doctors needs closing down, if it was a school offsted would have it in special measures. You can never get through on the phone, god knows what the receptionists are doing 40 mins on hold trying to book in with a nurse and they just disconnect the call. Walk down to the surgery and their all sat doing nothing. This surgery doesnt deserve a penny of tax payers money.

As part of a group of 3 doctors the grange in Hemsworth and another in Upton I would not recommend the doctors at all they certainly know how to mess everything up, called for a repeat prescription it will be ready in 48 hours turn up 48 hours later it's not been ordered.... Okay order it again your prescription will be at the pharmacy as it's Saturday and we are not open turn up Saturday (after explaining I need the medication because I am going away for 2 weeks and have run out) there's no prescription there for me!!! So after going to the doctors 3 times in one week and getting nothing luckily I finally got my prescription from a lovely woman in tesco pharmacy who had to give me it on a private prescription DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Turned my girlfriend away from an urgent appointment for being 10 minutes late despite her saying how ill she was. She was told to re book but as it turned out she would not have lived long enough to see it and was on the acute assessment ward of pinderfields shortly afterwards. Receptionist lied about the encounter on the ensuing complaint. TERRIBLE NEGLIGENT SERVICE.

NO STARS AT ALL VERY POOR AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT WAS GIVEN 30 JULY 2018 FOR THE FOLLOWING MONDAY 6 AUGUST 2018 ON GETTING MY HUSBAND TO THE SURGERY HE COULD NOT STAND UP ON HIS OWN AND WAS BURNING UP WITH A FEVER. I STRUGGLED TO GET MY HUSBAND INTO THE SURGERY TO BE TOLD THE APPOINTMENT HAD BEEN CANCELLED BY TEXT THE DOCTOR WAS OFF SICK. I WAS SHOCKED TO BE TOLD THIS NO OFFER OF WAITING AND ANOTHER DOCTOR WOULD HELP US I THEN HAD N O CHOICE BUT TO GO THROUGH TO PONTEFRACT A/E AND WE WAITED OVER 4 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES. AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. PONTEFRACT WERE OVERSTRETCHED WITH PATIENTS ALL THE GPs SEEM TO BE SENDING THEIR PATIENTS TO THEM. I AM VERY ANGRY AT THE SYSTEM.
