Absolutely love this class! Claire is a brilliant instructor! She has masses of experience in dance and fitness and adapts every technique to meet individual needs, so really safe, effective exercise! I go twice a week now...Wednesdays at Chequerfield and Friday in Featherstone, both really nice venues! The classes are mixed age, skill and gender so I felt like I fit in straight away...My husband has also been along several times and loved it!! I have had a few private lessons from Claire when classes have been on break. I Just can't rate her high enough!
