Simon and his team took the stress out of moving day! Simon was a pleasure to deal with from first contact for a quote to move in day. Arrived on time, everything was moved with the greatest care. Everything made it to the new house without a scratch. The cost was reasonable for a removal company, it will cost you more than a man with a van, but the service is worth every penny. We moved out of our old house to the new one in one day and we were able to focus on cleaning the old house while the furniture went out to the van at at the other side it was great knowing all of our stuff would be taken to each room with care! A fabulous company. Due to a delay with the solicitors, Trusted Removals had to store our furniture overnight. There was no extra charge for this. Nothing was too much bother for Simon and Danny. From the moment I made first contact with Simon @ Trusted Removals he was professional and friendly. Punctual and hardworking, and very well organised. Our belongings were handled with great care and we never had a doubt they were in safe hands. A 4 hour delay on getting keys put me in a flat spin, but Simon, ever the professional, took everything in his stride, which made the situation a lot less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone, superb service, with a smile! Thank you both, I hope I never have to move again, but if I did you would be the first people I contact! :)
