The worst housing association ever. This is, beyond doubt, the worse housing association in the u.k. Am orig from featherstone, am disabled, want to live the rest of my life in the area, also close family in area can provide my care. First asked for proff i had connections in area, birth certificate and families details provived, then proof of disabilities, provided, including many medical letters along with letters from my local social services. Confirming im registered disabled, after being assessed, under the national assistance act. Been told not enough info provided and wants more. They seem to want to move the goal posts at every proof i supply. Sadly it looks like living out my life in the area will never happen. I recently received a letter politely telling me they are not preparred to disscuss anything with with unless i provide a occ therapist report. Im on esa, high rate care, severe dissability payment. Ive not seen a occ therapist as my housing association encourages independant living. A extract from their friendly customer services. I wish to advise you that the process cannot be changed and to stress that WDH cannot address any further queries that you may raise in relationship to your application, dated 15 sept. Im guessing they dont want to help severly dissabled ex featherstone people who simply want to move there to live out the rest of their lifes in peace. Guess im not part of the \click
Made a complaint which wasn't dealt with. Made numerous complaints with all the same outcome. End of the day they do nothing to help you. Try else where.
