I've been with this practice since 2013, never had a problem getting in, always been given the best care possible, odd time I've had to wait a little while for my turn, but with the best will in the world some peoples problems cant be sorted out in a few minutes and the staff may have to take a bit longer to deal with it, you still get seen and treated. :-)

Worst doctors i have ever had. They cant diagnose they don't check your records and have no idea of your previous medical history. I had been waiting 6 months for an appointment for cortisone in my knee something the doctor recommended as i had previously been told by Northern General i had osteoarthritis. These doctors could not find this on their notes despite referring me. So got a phone call to attend clinic on my birthday. I cut short a break i was on to attend. Then i was told that i couldnt have it as i don't have osteoarthritis so for 6 years i believed i had it as i was told i do they even gave me medication for it, lucky i wasn't taking anything for another more deadly imaginary illness. I dread to think what they prescribe. Still in pain though and none the wiser as to what is going on. Waste of my time and their time when i was a phone call away to cancel this wasted appointment especially during these trying times. Find a different doctor or self medicate as i am doing now despite warnings not to i trust my judgement over theirs everyday

Load of spaces, parking has been improved over the years from a small car park to being part of the supermarket next door,so there is plenty of spaces, staff can be either really helpful or not with it so be prepared to wait whilst they do their job.

I absolutely cannot fault this practice in any way. Every single member of staff I have interacted with has been friendly, helpful and professional. Quite simply the best practice I have ever been registered with. 10/10 would recommend!

Mixed review, Some doctors are great, a couple terrible, usual mix of nice receptionists and the odd hitler. Generally easy to get an appointment just let down by poor follow ups following tests.
