Never in my entire life have I felt so angered by a shop assistant who was following our every move in the store today (and I have shopped in many cities around the world )There is not one item I touched where she was not standing right next to me or even told me she would show me and it certainly did not feel like she was offering her help as an employee should. I may be foreign (notably by speaking English to my partner) and can speak Spanish but my partner and his mother are both Galician. I am carrying my first baby and we drove all the way to Pontevedra for 1 hour especially to buy items which I first viewed on your website. In the end I only spent 56 which if I did not live so far I would actually take back. I need so much and was prepared to spend a lot more. Please teach your staff not to act like watch dogs and if they need to be vigilant, not creep up peoples asses to do so!!!!!!
Buena tienda para artículos para el bebé, tiene buenos precios y se suele encontrar muy buenas ofertas. La atención depende con quién des, las hay agradables y después está la encargada/dueña que no tiene buenas formas, tanto en el trato con el cliente como con las empleas. Disponen de unas tarjetas VIP club con buenos descuentos
Siento dejar tal valoración, pero solamente entré una vez y no me quedan ganas de volver. Atención totalmente antipática, te sientes con la sombra de la empleada continuamente encima como si estuvieras robándole, te sigue y gira la cara si la miras. Preguntas y contestan como si ya tuvieras que saberlo o como si estuvieras molestando. Te invitan mas a marchar que a permanecer, o volver. Yo por lo menos no vuelvo.
Buena calidad, trato personalizado y gente muy profesional atendiendo.
La educacion de alguna de las dependientas deja mucho que desear.
