Three minutes recorded message before answering the phone... always messing up my prescriptions..receptionist can be quite a awful experience . I have to fight for it... doctors are superb great and very helpful....highly recommended the doctors.... don't recommend the receptionist.

Doctors at the surgery are really nice.. Receptionists however don't seem to retain any information long enough to do anything about requests. Understandably they are really busy I get that, but it's just really frustrating to say the least.
