Just stayed for 5 nights... what can I say!! it was absolutely amazing!! The look and feel of the building as a whole is beautiful. The room was a very generous size with a big cupboard to store everything. The beds super comfy and the bathroom very spacious. Breakfasts were SUPER and dinners were even better if possible. The staff is great and super friendly. Always ready to go the extra step. We were meant to stay for 3 nights only but decided to stay an extra 2 nights. My friend asked the staff for 2 champagne glasses as it was my birthday and we had a nice bottle of Moet to have in the room. Not only did they deliver the glasses, they also gifted me with a piccolo of Prosecco in a cooler with ice and a handwritten birthday card. The wellness area is also very nice and relaxing. I will definitely stay there again!! big congratulations to the entire staff!! every single day they went the extra mile to look after us. Thank you!! PS. if you like risotto make sure you order the red wine risotto.... oh my... sooo good!!

Love the great location in the heart of Pontresina and alpine styling with all the wood. The restaurant was the big surprise--really exceptional. Superb staff in boutique hotel.
