We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Steinbock Pontresina during the Christmas season. Staff were friendly, attentive, and offered everything we needed before we even had to ask. Service and professionalism were super, the hotel was modern yet cozy, and beautifully maintained. Despite the covid situation and uncertainties, the hotel was able to seamlessly provide options and alternatives for dining and relaxation, which we greatly appreciated. All the hotel's affiliated restaurants served good quality food and we had wonderful dining experiences. Definitely will be back again, and I highly recommend this cozy yet luxurious hotel for your stay in the Engadin!

Very, very great place! Incredibly gentle people. Good infrastructure, high quality kitchen and all this without being over-formal. Definitely a place you want to be! ... make sure to try the local beer!

Lovely and quaint hotel in the most stunning location! What a view! The staff are very friendly and it is a well managed and extremely clean hotel. We're so glad we stayed here!

This is a pleasant budget hotel geared towards skiers etc. I was there in July às part of the Glacier Express Excellence experience. Its not suitable for those who enjoy a few drinks, see pictures of beams splitting rooms. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
The hotel is a small one and very nice. Has definitely a private charm. The breakfast is always fresh, I haven’t had dinner in the hotel. The room is big enough and very traditional.
Amazing stay! How this hotel is only rated 3 stars, i do not know, much more like a 4 star hotel. Great value, clean and comfy rooms, has access to a top notch spa in the next door hotel, friendly staff, Caroline went above and beyond for us. This was really a great find and i would definitely go back.
