I'm glad they banned me lol The receptionist thinks she's a doctor. Very rude the one is okay the rest.. NO doctors put me on antibiotics and overdosed me. 8 tablets a day for 7 days for a normal chest infection. I was sick 2 days straight. I had to lose money and not go to work Oh and they killed my mother by not diagnosing her with cancer, we looked at her and she notesshe had all the symptoms. The reason for the we didn't sue them, was because my mother told us not to.

Abersychan surgery provide a great gp service.The staff are friendly,I can always get an appointment when needed and I found the GP's to be very thorough.I would recommend this surgery to any one

Liability. That is all I have to say about Abersychan Group Practice, is they are a liability and provide a terrible service to the local community. They give poor diagnosis of people, issue the wrong drugs that nearly kill people and have terrible Management. I am changing my doctors to down the road who have a high rating and respect their customers. Abersychan Group Practice is unprofessional and need to be shut down.

Considering the number of patients that they deal with , they do a very good job, this would be excellent if getting an appointment was easier to achieve, but the staff are excellent and the doctors are also excellent. More resources on phone answering and availability of appointments would make this a flawless practice.
