Its a good ssrvice and good drivers. However recently they have been arriving late. I needed to get to work before 05:55 and i booked hours in advance to be picked up at 05:25. Taxi driver was 20 minutes late. Unacceptable which is a shame. Need to improve for people who need to get to work

Very safe and Very clean car sent too me for my return journey to Newport to collect medication for parents, it was a swift comfortable trip With great driver Who followed all government rules and regs eg masks etc and recommend company to anybody wanting a taxi! 100% safe and sound!
Extortionate prices and not particularly good service. 11 for just over a 1 mile journey that's about a 20 minute walk!!! Other local firm did the outward journey for less then half the price! Driver couldn't be bothered to drive round the one way system to pick us up, car smelt of smoke. I had new born son and wife who'd just had major surgery with me and the driver did not get out of the car or offer any help whatsoever. One star as zero not an option. Won't be using again.

*EDIT* Wrong Dragon page sorry. Meant for Cwmbran Dragon Taxis!! Got a taxi down for a family of 4 to the crows nest, no problem. Gave a 5 star rating for him. Getting a taxi back the Indian driver wouldn't let's us travel as there were 4 of us!! Apparently he wouldn't take more than 3 and suggested we get in the back. We all had our masks on as well so there shouldn't have been an issue what so ever. His apples and water on the front seat were too important for a paying customer.
