Seriously I do not even think they deserve one star! We put an order through their website at 6pm, received confirmation of the order, including a number and time for delivery at 7.15pm. 8pm arrived no order so we called to find out what had happened which was constantly engaged, we finally got through but this was a complete waste of time. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever, when questioned they didn't even know how they were 'supposed' to have contacted us finally settling on and email! No email had been received? Awful service, go to Choice Chinese Takeaway instead, do not waste your time here!

Rice was Burned, gravy was overpowered with garlic. Chicken fried rice tasted of prawns / seafood. Not very nice at all to be honest very greasy. But some people would enjoy that I guess
We ordered online and was estimated a 45-60 minute wait. We Waited 2.5 hours for average albeit hot food. We could not get through on the phone line to find out what was happening with our order it said busy all the time. Went there after 2.5 hours only to be told that it had just left with the delivery and they said sorry. Was given no explanation as to why it’s taken 2.5 hours for a chow mien, chips and fried rice. We understand about ordered in front of ours and we wouldn’t say so much if not for the fact there was a huge lack of communication and false waiting times issued.
