Wife took car for mot. I went to pick her up in my van and on route my exhaust snapped and fell off . The guys at parc where very helpful and had the van on the ramps in a few minutes assessing the damage and quoting me for repair. Every thing was made clear etc and was repaired to a high standard the same day. The mot , was hoping for a pass ( don’t we all haha ) but unfortunately failed . The guy doing the mot walked me though what needed doing and why . Parc then priced the repair work and completed the work and re mot’d the car with out hassle . The customer service at parc was the best I’ve experienced from Jason and Becky on the desk to the mechanics and mot tester . We were offered tea and coffee, given a courtesy car to use while the work was being completed . The work shops , reception, toilets etc where clean and tidy . After a few bad experiences with other garages etc I’m am happy to now use parc as our new garage ( so wish we used you before) thank you

Had problems with door harness and central locking.... they changed wiring harness..(both sides front) and installed new door latch all for 466... thank for your great work... very happy with there services....
