Constantly messing around with opening times which makes it impossible to collect a parcel when working in a real job. Heard the other day that they are taking on thousands of new staff members but find this confusing as they work less than part time pretty much so can’t understand why they would need to take on more people to work less than two hours a day. Overall frustrating that they open for two hours a day and are with holding our parcels. A system needs to be put into place or at least increase hours to part time. Would not attend here unless I have too and when I do attend staff are slow, rude and unhelpful

Terrible service, packages never arrive on time and when you call them they don't answer the phone. 30 times I called and still no answer ridiculous. Customer service worst I have ever experienced.
