Had whole house windows and doors replaced 7 years ago. In that time several windows have broken and it has taken months and months of continuous nagging to get Lee to fix. Now we have a door with a faulty locking mechanism and it's been about 5 months and still nothing done. Lee is aware that the locking mechanism has collapsed and we are unable to use door. Fed up of continuously nagging this company to get faults repaired.
