I purchased a hair voucher from them for my mother in-law for Christmas. We then went into a national lockdown for covid 19, we contacted them in November asking if the voucher is still valid and they assured me it was. We then went into another lockdown. My mother in-law went to the salon after it reopened and told her it was no longer valid. I have to say in disgusted because there was no date on the voucher it stated it had to be used by. It was 50 so not just 10 and its alot of money to loose. After this experience we will not be going back or any family members that used the salon. I would not recommend.
