Almost impossible to get an appointment, called from 8 am till 2 pm for two days 54 times between both days, I had to drive to the surgery to request for a doctor to call me back!

I have nothing but praise for Doctor Evans who dealt with my recent illness. He was professional but keen to put me at ease. He chased my results and phoned me at home. I received swift appointments at the hospital and have received the treatment I needed. I find the receptionists helpful, efficient and friendly. I have received similar treatment in the past from Doctor Turner and I’m very grateful.

As I have a very complex medical history I sort of have to give 3 stars as certain Dr's are great. Others not so much... I don't normally do reviews like this but on my last visit ( I don't just go for no reason!) I needed to address something THEY had written to me about and was told I'm sorry I'm out of time!?! Really?? I've had problems with scripts, certain personnel and the list can go on. I've only held back from changing due to my extensive medical and mental health issues but that last visit made my mind up.. I'm changing!
