Wonderful selection of home improvement and repair supplies. Well set out and lit. Good prices. And C19 spacing in effect..

Bought a mixer tap for my kitchen but the plastic washer broke so wanted a metal washer. Couldn't find a suitable washer that could be used. Please could you let me know if you are able to help.

Obviously don’t care about COVID. I imagine most of it isn’t even the staffs fault, it’s probably the higher up’s. Staff don’t/can’t challenge mask wearing even though most shops are now questioning and making people wear them. I feel sorry for the staff here, made to work through this god awful time and then their company treats them like this. B&Q should have done an Argos system from the beginning of this pandemic for customer safety as well as staff safety. Why are non essential items being sold here but everywhere else is told not to. Another review has it correct. COVID breeding ground, if you want to stay safe don’t bother. I’m sure local hardwear stores which are actually following the rules, deserve and need the business more than this place. I won’t be shopping here again. The only thing they clearly care about is the money and that was clear when they decided to sell non essentials during the first lockdown.

Open during the pandemic, which is a good thing, with people adhering to the social distancing guidelines which is nice to see. Nothing negative to say...always have what I need and the friendly staff are always happy and willing to help
