The staff here are fantastic, throughout my whole appointment I felt at ease, I've had a few dentists over the years and Crown Hill Dental Surgery are the best by a mile. Many thanks to the two lovely ladies who sorted my teeth out. Would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Many Thanks.

Had an appointment at 1.30pm with the hygienist. Arrived at 1.30pm the doors were still closed for lunch, when they were supposed to open back up for lunch at 1.30pm. I had to wait outside until they'd finished their lunch (it's cold - mid February) for them to open the doors. Your patients should not be made to wait outside when they are on time for their appointment and paying 40 for the privilege! I wonder if I were late for my appointment whether you would honour it, or try to charge me extra for not being on time, or make me rebook my appointment? On another note, the hygienist was extremely professional. The receptionist could also do with a course in customer service.

Awful experience! Would not recommend. My 3rd time back within 3 weeks, to correct work that the dentist had done. Apparently I was using up patient time and that she wished she had never done it. She even compared me to fixing a car, if I paid to have my car fixed I would expect it to be fixed properly! If it was done properly the first time, I would not be writing this review. I wish I never let her near my teeth! So the feeling is mutual. On a positive, the receptionist who was the dental nurse the last two times I visited, was polite and even apologised about her.
