We are very pleased with the property that we purchased on a current development by Davies Homes. In the penultimate weeks prior to our move our contact at Davies Homes was Matt Holley. The service we received from Matt prior to moving and following our move was first class. Matt is a people’s person and is prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. The number of snagging we found at the property were 6 minor ones and when Matts attention was drawn to these he communicated with us in a polite and gentlemanly fashion and set up a mechanism to ensure that the matters in question were resolved. Matt is my landlord and has been very helpful through the difficult time of the floods.. my downstairs was totally under water and matt from davies homes was very good at getting my house back to normal very quick soon as possible
Absolutely appalling service by matt holly. Never have I experienced such bad people skills. Hes rude, ignorant and even swears at you on the phone. Developers nephew so thinks he can do what he wants !
