Great surgery. Friendly staff and excellent doctors. After many years attending different surgeries this was the only one to give me an actual diagnosis for my skin condition and the treatment that works.

Brilliant service, very enthusiastic and open minded Doctors and short waiting times. I had been under other surgeries, so I really noticed the difference upon joining Eglwys Bach. Everything is first class from the comfortable waiting rooms, prompt appointment times when required, and I've always been seen within ten minutes of my appointment time. When joining I was given a leaflet informing me of which Doctors specialist or have interests in which fields. Having used other surgeries in Pontypridd area I can honesty say that this surgery puts them to shame. Even the receptionist is not behind some bullet proof glass so you wont feel like you've walked in to communist Russia each time you visit the Doctors. Andrew
Excellent surgery! I highly recommend new GP Dr Sara Abu-Roomy. Having experienced a persistent skin issue for a minimum of 5 years, and visiting other GP's; after my first visit to Dr Abu-Roomy, I was on the road to recovery. After my 2nd visit, for test results, I was prescribed medication that has already worked, and I am no longer suffering. Dr Abu-Roomy is thorough, and has an excellent manner; truly one the best Doctors I have ever seen. All doctors at this surgery are very good, their Health Visitor Lisa is so helpful and warm, and all other staff are very helpful.
Excellent customer service and top notch medical services of all kinds. Plus best river view in town, and swallows flying under the old bridge in the summer.
