Very helpful staff I contacted the website first as I had purchased a few chamilia charms on line. They were the rose gold ones but had tarnished so bad, I wanted them exchanged. I called in the Pontypridd store and spoke to a lovely young lady who helped me no end. I had a few receipts for my purchases but one for one of the returned charms wasnt there. Because she saw I had bought quite a few, she exchanged them both, advised I had money to be refunded as they were on offer again. I asked about purchasing another charm instead of a refund and did that costing me just 2 on the day. She was very pleasant and helpful so I will definitely recommend her to my friends to visit. She did advise that the Merthyr store was closed down indefinitely now and that is the store I usually go to if not online. Pontypridd store it will be from now on.
