Always read the small print , even tho I have been with these for 4 years, after reading the small print on my 2 year rental contract apparently I still have to give a 6 month notice period to get out of the contract even tho they can raise the prices only giving a 30 day notice..... In the last 4 years the monthly cost has risen by 30% I phoned and explained I have been with you for 4 years you have made your money from the contract could we come to an agreement they still are holding on to the 6 months notice period . I would not recomend Johnsons to anyone , not nice to deal with
Absolutely shocking. Been with them from 2011. They barely helped us out as a small business during COVID, still charged us even though we did not use their service. Did not respond back on many occasions as promised during lockdown (despite still be \open as usual\). Queries were just simply transferred between the Admin Officer and Credit Controller. Just such an unprofessional company to deal with.
Great place all round. Excellent customer service. Everyone who works there are so polite and helpful. Great service
wouldn't recommend if they give you the service you pay for then you are lucky and they try a ridiculous cancelation fee cheaper to just replace workwear avoid at all cost
