Excellent throughout from selecting the flooring (hampered considerably by Covid but went above and beyond to help), measuring the areas and the installation .... we cannot fault the service we received from Darryl and Jonathan
Lovely guys i met and spoke to. One came out to inspect, then another 2 came to repair the flooring, the floor is hard flooring, similar to what you would find in the old gym halls in school. I paid 800 to have it repaired. Informed them a few weeks later that the floor was bubbling, they told me to leave it for a little longer to settle, someone then came out and said they would arrange for the guys to come back and make the repairs. I must of then rung them at least 6 or 7 times after that (granted Covid happened) and was told someone would get back to me, on each occasion no one did. Its now been over 12 months, you get to the point where you are fed up of ringing and not getting a response. I feel like they done half a job, took my money and fobbed me off hoping id go away and stop rining, congratulations
