Excellent service. Same day response to our call. Engineer worked thoroughly to diagnose and fix the problem even though it was late on a Friday evening. He made sure we had heat and hot water for the weekend. Multi heat ordered the parts identified and the engineer fitted them yesterday (Tuesday). We appreciated the engineer wore a mask the whole time. We shall call on this company again to service our boiler in a year’s time.

My boiler went pop the Saturday before Christmas. I called Multi-Heat on Sunday, Jamie came out on Monday morning and investigated the issue. I then spoke to Gareth, where he clearly gave me my options with a view to repairs or replacement. The boiler was replaced on the Wednesday. Excellent response, excellent job.
