Great size containers, very clean and tidy, on a good site with great access and plenty of room to drive in and reverse out, booked it on line which was a straight forward process. Perfect
I would not recommend personally.
Quite straight forward. But communication for the pin and storage number was poor. Almost got locked in on a Saturday. Luckily we noticed the guy from the garage locking up. Tried phoning on weekday and weekends was a struggle
Absolutely the worst place I've been! Their lack of communication skills are appalling I went on their website twice to cancel my storage, and twice they did not send me a confirmation email to say it has been cancelled also at the start when I first took it out they didn't send me my code for the storage until I asked them to do so, when I eventually got a call from them saying my storage was cancelled which was the last day I was meant to be there I accidentally left some books behind and they said if I did not remove them I would get a 75 charge for cleaning it out which is disgraceful! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE
Not so good.....Paid for my container and 2 weeks later, and after several complaints, still cannot get access to it.....On two separate occasions I have paid for goods to be collected, loaded onto vans and delivered to site only to find the wrong access codes! no keys! no gate codes! Change of address! etc……..etc........the owner is rarely contactable and not of much help....really disappointed with the service….. and my wallet is not best pleased!!!
This was so easy all we had to do was sign up and they sent us text straight away letting get into the unit. thanks pink storage
Quick an easy to sign up, was sent a text with a code for my container and it's as easy as that. Highly recommend
