It's a place where you have to see the right person,some are rude,others helpful and understanding who are great,will take time and put in effort unlike that of most has Staff. Then there's the odd few willing to go the extra mile meaning things are done quickly. Difficult to speak to the right person when phoning and never the people doing the ordering,so getting the right parts can take time and be frustrating.

It's the wheelchair service it's like most nhs services slow but get there eventually.
