Called into specsavers this afternoon as lends I had picked had been discontinued, a lady brought me 4 frames for me too look at I choose from which I picked 1 out ov them, I asked then would I be able too try on when picking them up I was told no! So I said how will I know if they will fit tidy, she replied I've measured them I asked with what she replied I pushed the arms back onto your ear, which I wasn't happy with, she replied we r doing our best with covid! Not very professional in my eyes.. Won't b returning after this

Had new specs a couple of week ago but could not get on with them so back there last week and had my eyes tested by Phil. From the start He was very competent and thorough in what he was doing. What a difference with the new specs everything so Clear & Sharp. Great service from Phil.

Excellent service at unprecedented times. Called in the morning at 9am with sudden eye problem, flashes of light. All information was promptly collected and confirmed in order to be discussed. They called me back at 9.30 with an appointment for 1.20pm. Everyone was so kind, careful, high standard of hygiene everywhere. And the optometrist Nikki, was the kindest person you wish to have when have worries. Impressive service. Thank you all!

Great service, great selection of frames-brought to you by the staff, lovely polite/courteous/knowledgable staff. A fantastic examination by Nicola also paid extra for CT check-brilliant overall experience and well worth paying the extra for peace of mind. Recieved outstanding service today. Rung this morning because my glasses were broke, however, I was unable to come into store as I am self isolating. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was really helpful and managed to sort out new ones for me and they were ready by 3pm for someone to collect for me.
