I attend Re-Born Beach boot camp once a week and thoroughly enjoy the diversity of exercises, or drills James puts us through! I regularly went to the gym before starting so I was not out of shape, but still get a huge amount from the weekly sessions, so it is suitable for all levels of fitness. It is highly motivating, diverse in the exercises we do and a really enjoyable way to start the day. Cant recommend it highly enough.

I can't thank 180 degrees enough for the amazing results I've achieved thanks to James and the team. After 2 babies I needed some help loosing the baby weight and getting back into shape. The fitness programme and diet plan they came up with isn't something I would have done by myself. I would have focused on cardio and calorie intake but they designed a high intensity fitness routine around weights, interval training and focusing on different areas of the body each session and combining that with a balanced nutrition plan designed for me around protein intake and healthy eating, I have lost almost 1 and half stone. I am fitter and leaner than ever and even have abs! They are tough and relentless and an hour of lunges and squats is a killer but they really know what they are doing! Whatever your goals, whether it be to get fit, loose weight, gain lean muscle mass - I can't recommend them highly enough.
