I was so pleased with the very professional help I received from Josh,at the Poole office. I had been dreading sorting out the renewal for our house insurance because it wasn't quite the norm and I had a nightmare last year sorting it out. Josh took all the details and within half an hour he had a quote that was half the price ! He made it so easy for me and was so helpful and pleasant, I've been singing his praises to everyone and can't recommend him and A Plan highly enough.

I’m not particularly happy with A-plan insurance. Was waiting for a quote for 2 hours with the staff saying wait 5 minutes, wait 15 minutes and by the time I actually got a quote, I lost out on a motorcycle deal. I ended up using money super market and ended up getting a quote in less than 2 minutes and was 150 quid cheaper than A-Plan. 1/10
