I visited Bernie because the door of my Mercedes had been playing up for some time, and Bernie kindly offered his services to remedy the situation. Within minutes Bernie was able to remove the door for me, without even requiring any tools other than those his performance training had bestowed upon him. He also kindly removed the mirror, and the keys which were stuck in my ignition, excellent mechanical skills! Thank you Bernie!
