I found Bidbetter very easy to deal with and flexible when deciding how best to deal with Tenders and Frameworks that are not very stimulating matters at the best of times. I found Phil always willing to go the extra mile after normal work hours and able to work with piece meal information when necessary being able to turn into something that sounds coherent and professional, but more too the point answers the question being asked by the end client. Being a Company Director I probably get intimately involved in these things 3 or 4 times a year and so lose the plot in between so having someone like Phil who knows the ropes is a handy chap to call upon.
