I was slightly apprehensive as I had never used a storage facility before but all of the staff at Poole were brilliant and made the process so easy and stress-free. Checking in was straightforward and staff were on hand for all my questions; accessing the storage unit was really easy and convenient; staff were really friendly and always helpful; checkout couldn't have been more simple. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.
