Superb quality of service, friendly and professional staff; I went for ear wax removal and the audiologist did an excellent job, checking at all times that I was comfortable while the wax clearing took place. The video feature is really interesting and provides a level of insight which you wouldn't normally receive if having the same procedure at a GP clinic. The suction process is also less disorienting than the irrigation version which I received when undergoing this procedure for my other ear at my GP practice a couple of years ago. The Bournemouth Hearing Centre comes highly recommended.

Wonderful experience! One of my wearable tinnitus maskers had stopped working so I booked an appointment to see whether they could repair it. Not only was John successful in carrying out the repair, but he also carried out a very thorough hearing test. On top of that, I was given (free of charge) an assortment of maintenance tools for my hearing aids. Overall, quality service across the board, I cannot recommend them highly enough! A
