Tried to donate a good quality, good condition item of furniture on a sunday. No interest from the member of staff. Didn't even want to look at it! Not great encouragement to want to donate.

I went to the shop yesterday at closing time but was allowed to get in very quickly just have a quick look so what I wanted a little bit pricey for me me not for anyone else just for me person who was a bit expensive went back this morning explained that I why couldn't afford it and then reduced it to a place that I could thank you very much Charlie Peter who helped me look at the am as he has won himself said it was very good I got it back while it up it is brilliant excellent the best one I've ever had much appreciated Peter and thank you Charlie Tommy and I can't remember the German ladies name but the manageress she was wonderful thank you very much my dear and absolute star that you are I strongly recommend anyone's if they can donate or if they need to shop to go to this place first you'll be surprised at what they have in the quality of goods at the such small prices you will not get better deals anywhere else and the service was second to none

Arranged for them to pick up a sofa. They didn't turn up and have no knowledge of the booking at all. Absolutely useless.

A very disappointing experience at the shop this morning. The sales assistant stood at the till and scrolled through her mobile phone whilst members of the public were standing there. She was unprofessional, rude, aggressive and impatient with me. I will never donate to the shop again. Nor will I make any further purchases there.

Very very rude staf..and what they toke free that furniture and sell them like a new .. it’s too expensive.. for one broken table 80 pounds???? Really ?????
