We were looking for a company to provide us with some modern desks to maximise the use of space in our newly extended and refurbished office. Jade & Nigel listened to our requirements, made suggestions and recommendations and worked with us through out the process to ensure we got what we wanted. They were even able to arrange for some bespoke adjustments to the desks with the manufacturer! Installation went smoothly, everyone was professional and courteous from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

He listened to our (sometimes quite vague) scope, gave recommendations and presented numerous mockups with rapid pace. Dave and his team ensured a seamless delivery experience and removed all packaging once installed. With COVID-19 hitting just before delivery, the team were gracious enough to hold our items until post-lockdown. I'd highly recommend the team at BT Office Furniture.

We have been using BT Office Furniture for well over 5 years now and would not hesitate in recommending them to any business big or small. They are helpful at every level and truly a supplier you can trust to do what you ask them to do. They turn up when they say they will and assist with bringing your ideas to life and will advise accordingly and have even suggested cheaper alternatives because they know what they are doing and do what they say. The install team work quickly but effectively and are happy to do extras too and are friendly and professional. All in all I know who and what I am dealing with and they do what they say they'll do.

Worst experience ever. I purchased desk from bt furniture before and really liked them, however when my company moved in to our new office and we required more desks i returned to bt furniture and ordered 4 desks and 4 draws, they arrived a few weeks later and the delivery team noticed 2 of the draws were damaged, one was taken back as it was unusable and the other remained in the office as it had light damage but was still usable but they assured me they would replace both. when i asked how long it would take to get them replaced they told me in 1 to 2 weeks. it has now been over 3 months and they have still not been delivered, even after multiple phone calls. They offered me a refund but that does not solve the problem of the damaged draw they delivered and said they would replace. if i could leave zero stars i would.
