Was a lovely evening. Nice staff and lovely atmosphere. Only thing i will say is i ordered food at 7pm and except they were busy, but at 8.15pm i was told it was an hour wait from when i ordered. So i sat back down. I went to the food counter at 8.30pm to ask about my food again i was told its an hour wait from when i ordered. I would have appreciated someone asking the kitchen where my order was but didnt want to make a fuss. I sat back down and the lady opposite me who had ordered her food at 7.30 was given her food. So i went back up and asked for a refund. Staff kindly gave me my money back. I will go back again as i enjoyed the bingo but i will take sandwiches with me.

Great place to catch up with family and friends. Food very good. Very helpful friendly approachable staff. We've been going 37 years and go when we can. Tower Park has a lot to offer for all the family

The main hall is supposed to be quiet whilst playing yet no one asks people to respect this. Why not put notices on the glass doors to remind people.
