I’ve been doing Pilates with Charlotte for nearly two years now. After having three children and a sore back I wanted to do something for me. I absolutely love my classes and look forward to them every week. Great setting, brilliant instructor and lots of fun along the way. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in doing something amazing for themselves.
I absolutely love the pilates sessions I attend with Charlotte and Anna ,every session is different which keeps my body and mind engaged which is just what I need.I have been attending two sessions a week for a few years now , I find it compliments the other activities I enjoy especially running.Their knowledge and experience is so helpful especially recently when I suffered an injury. Kate was wonderful when I really needed help and advice regarding my injury and pointed me in the right direction! They make a great team and are all extremely passionate about what they do
Five star treatment with a caring touch. Kate has been successfully treating me for various muscular/skeletal injuries over the past 4 years with her in-depth knowledge administered in a caring manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering from any kind of joint pain.
Brilliant. Both my husband and I have had physiotherapy with Kate (which has been very effective) and we both attend pilates classes. The classes are small and easy to follow, with the instructors looking after us all very well as individuals and assisting readily when necessary.
Deeply knowledgeable & highly qualified instructors, small group sizes affording great personal approach, nice space and highly enjoyable. Been attending now for almost two years and enjoy each session.
I really enjoy the Pilates classes and can see the benefits of my own core strength and improved body shape.
