From the moment I took the first tentative steps into "The Box" @ Crossfit1709, Iain & the team were & continue to be so very welcoming, instantly putting you @ ease for the sessions "WOD!" It is credit to Iain, supported by his wife & most recently the warm welcome of two additional coaches, that "The Box" I enjoy is friendly, supportive & encouraging. As someone who is self-conscious, this approach & the coaches patience is really appreciated & encourages me in a session, as I value their motivation to help me achieve. YES, you will get your sweat on during a workout.......YES, you will be pushed to succeed &.......YES, you will have fun whilst getting fit! The result you leave feeling empowered.
