Fast and efficient although the collection system identified in the email didn't work. It did not recognise the order number it gave me. I went to one of the employees at the door to the store who handed over the item to me a few minutes later.

That's what they sent when I bought brand new fridge.... described as dented and faulty by a store or previous customer. Told me to wait for colllection and replacement 2 times and nobody showed up. Wasted 4 days of holiday only to get one fully working fridge freezer I ordered. Sucha a nightmare!

If I had a chance I can give to their customer service a minus star, I would. I sent a email about their sales assistant's unacceptable behaviour on 29.12.2020. No response. I called customer service on 08.02.2021 and she told me "Fleetsbridge branch's manager is going to call you". Today is a 12.04. 2021 but no response. If a Curry's staff does not like to give assistance to customers, he SHOULDN'T work there. I contacted Curry's customer service 2 times in 4 months but no response

over all experience was great until i got home and unboxed the television and found out it was damaged . tried to call the store but they only have a central generic number to call on which doesn't give you much help at all so then I I tried to do web chat which was also pretty useless as the generic answer bot just said to visit the store and with receipt and they would arrange a pick up of faulty/damaged item but if I have to travel back to store why wouldn't I just take the faulty/damaged item back to the store. which is what I did unfortunately they didn't have another one in stock so I have to wait for a replacement to be delivered. There was no apology for the damage item I had been given or any compensation for having to make an extra trip to bring faulty/damaged item back to them to sort out. They have left me one not so happy customer and i doubt i will ever be shopping with them again.

Bought oven from them, it was faulty. They wont replace until engineer has been, so far 2 no shows from engineer and been told I have to wait another week until they can come back. Over 4 hours of my life wasted on hold to currys or BEKO to try and get a product that works. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE or BEKO AGAIN, APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE LITTLE TO NO HELP OFFERED

couldnt believe it.i broke my charging point on my tablet.rang them to see if i could get it repaired they just said bring it to store and we will replacd it.didnt realise i had taken out insurance.but no fuse no questions fantastic service.

Good selection. Very helpful staff. But no stock of the item we wanted and no idea of when any new stock would arrive. So we bought it from Argos. Curry's need to sort out stock issues or they will lose previously loyal customers to other companies.

Dont bother wasting your time click and collect service is shocking I ordered a fire stick online and recieved email to collect went to the store to find out they couldnt find my order, had to phone customer services to find out why my order wasnt processed they had a glitch in the system and reprocessed the order and was told i could go and collect the order. So I went back down to the store to collect my item to find out the same thing happened again. Please avoid at your peril taken my money with no product recieved
