Was really unsure about getting a stove. Worried about the price, getting ripped off, poor installation, all the usual things really! Ryan and David were brilliant. They really listened to me and didn't make me uncomfortable about talking about my budget. All my questions were answered and they helped me select the perfect stove. They came to my home and then provided a detailed written quote. They didn't push me and allowed me to consider my options. I agreed a price and they quickly set about the installation. The installer was charming, tidy and talked me through what he was doing. The result was fantastic and my wife and I couldn't be happier. They arranged the approved sign off documents for me as well. After all was done Ryan came to our house and gave us a master class in using our new stove. So refreshing to deal with people who genuinly care about making their customers happy, offering great service over and above sales. Even if your slightly interested in a new stove go here first, you won't be disappointed.
