I rang EcoClimatech to upgrade my solar system. They done an amazing job start to finish. I’m really satisfied with what they installed. I would highly recommend, I’ll be using them again for my next project !

We needed an upgrade to our solar and PV system. They provided me with a clear analysis of the issues we were having and also pointed out that the batteries another supplier had fitted were not fitted correctly. The quote was in line with expectations and as soon as they found there was a minor issue they were straight out to sort it. Good service all round.

I had a battery storage added to my solar panels the back end of last year and it’s been working great! I can monitor it online and see how it’s performing now. Reasonable prices, would recommend to anyone wanting to go off grid. GO Climatechnologies!

Eco climatech cold called my dad they offered to look at dads solar panels and see if they were working. When the gent came my dad had asked my brother to be present. They told dad only one panel was working and told him that if he paid 2150 they could fix problems the following week. I spoke to my son in law who has a construction firm and he said he would get one of his boys out which we then explained to Eco climatech. They then rang again and thankfully my brother was there because dad would have just paid the money. I then called and explained to the man who came that we had someone else coming so not to call again as my brother felt they had become pushy and had asked for my number so they could talk to me. He apologised for coming across as pushy and assured me they would not call again. Imagine my surprise when I visited dad later that day to find this firm had called again and offered to do work for 1800. I called again and explained they had a legal obligation to place dad on their do not call list which was followed by more apologies. I have the original quote saying 14 of 15 panels were not working. I now have a report from a trusted company saying one panel is not working but all others are fine. They have set up access to Solaredge so we can see what is going on. All the information I have including the message I sent to the gent who came round and his reply will be given to trading standards. I am appalled by the fact that my dad could have had unnecessary work done and possibly could have ended up signing up to more.

EcoClimatech fixed a leak I had on my thermodynamic system. The office is always open for any questions I have. The engineer was friendly and had a lot of knowledge. Left everything clean and tidy. My go to for everything Solar.

The morning after Eco-ClimatechUK upgraded my solar hot water system, I found I had a mains leak but couldn't trace the source. One of the engineers who had done the work came back that day to double check the work done and we realised quickly that the leak was purely coincidental and nothing to do with what they had done. Eco-ClimatechUK "going the extra mile" helped me to make the right decisions and I was able to get the fault fixed by a local plumbing firm the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this company again should the opportunity arise.
