I bought a Canford watch from Elliot Brown a few days ago. It is a beautiful watch, extremely good looking and seems incredibly strong. I emailed the company to ask a question, expecting a standard response. Instead I got a detailed reply directly from one of the owners of the company. That has to be the best customer service I have ever received. I am very impressed by the company and the product and highly recommend Eliot Brown to anybody wanting a watch you can wear anywhere at a good price.

Bought my first Elliot Brown watch the other week. Ive previously bought only Oris and wanted something that was durable, not too heavy and fairly waterproof. I looked everywhere for a good watch just under the 1000 mark. Its something i want to wear for work (I'm a car detailer) thing is there are loads of nice watches out there for under a 1000 but nothing thats as durable and beautiful as The Tyneham Automatic, Its just so comfortable. It has a nice balance in weight for me it doesn't feel heavy so much so that Ive worn it all day and night. Lovely watches and I'm very interested to buy another at some point. I've just ordered a new EB olive green rubber strap to give me options from work wear to going out. I would like to see more varied colour ways on straps possibly a light grey with deployment, but I'm sure more straps will happen in the future. Great brand.

I have owned my watch for over two years, it stated to make a slight noise when shook so I emailed the company for advice. They suggested that I return the watch to them to be repaired. They did this and returned the watch (including a travel case) with no charge and in good time. Fantastic customer service. My next watch will definitely be an Elliot Brown

Fantastic company that make great watches, will personalise and service your watch with great customer service. I have used my Canford watch for sea swimming, scuba diving, mountaineering, kayaking etc etc on many occasions, with no issues throughout! A robust watch with a classy look, I could not recommend the watch enough at the price point.

I first saw a Canford in a suppliers in St Ives, it had a grey rubber strap which unfortunately did not fit, contacted Ian at Elliott brown to see if they had a larger strap, but no luck but the help Ian & Alex gave was fantastic, emailed me some pictures of the Canford with a black webbing strap looked really good, then they sent watch to Drakes my nearest supplier, I visited, looked & bought very good looking watch very comfortable to wear and a great piece for my collection, will buy another. The service from Elliott Brown 10/10 well recommended great watches. Thank you Ian & Alex. Added this on 26/12/17 mid December bought my 2nd Elliott Brown watch this time its the BLOXWORTH another great watch from a great local UK company.

I really can't rate this company highly enough.Their watches and customer service are on another level. I bought my first EB in 2016, I now have three of their watches. Two quartz, one automatic; all choc-a-bloc of beautifully considered design features. Each is a pleasure to wear. I've looked at other brands but keep coming back to EB. I'm not sure I've ever been treated so well in my dealings with any company. Outstanding watches, outstanding customer service.

Popped into Elliot Brown after my local jeweller scratched the back of my Canford trying to get the back off for an unsuccessful battery replacement. Outstanding service from Elliot Brown and in particular Serena, who not only replaced the battery for a reasonable fee, but also replaced the back casing. Classy watches, great company and great service. Would recommend 100%. Thank you.
