Would say the best car sales I have dealt with. Ben made it very easy and straight forward to buy the car and helped with every step along the way, great video showing the car before buying and then on the day very easy and quick to deal with and was not harassed to buy extras as I have been at other dealers. We own a Ford Ranger still within the 3 year warranty period. There was an issue with the fuel filler cap along with a recall for a water leak. We duly booked our vehicle in for both jobs to be rectified under warranty. We collected the vehicle when it was dark having been assured the work had been trouble free and there were no issues. The following morning, in the light, we were incredibly disappointed and angry to see the damage that had been caused to our 18mth old vehicle. In removing the fuel filler cap they had managed to damage the paintwork in 7 places where they had levered out the filler cap using the body of the car as a lever point. See photo attached. I can almost understand the possibility of a small chip in the paintwork, but then for their fitter (I cannot use the term technician) to damage the car a further 6 times is beyond belief. Also the filler cap was loose and hadn't been fitted correctly, so they damaged our car for nothing!! We contacted English Ford and the service team were very apologetic and booked it in to be remedied. Stupidly I asked them as a gesture of goodwill to also paint a small scratch on the O/S/R. So we collected the car after it had been in their bodyshop, to find out that they hadn't replaced one of the decals that they had to remove to repair the damage they caused, and also that the O/S/R parking sensor now didn't work! In short we have now been back 5 times to them with the car and the parking sensor still doesn't work, they have ripped a rear bumper trim up and left it loose. We have lost all faith entirely in this company and will not be using them again
Sales staff prepared to go the extra mile (no mention of kilometres after Brexit) to help make a sale/purchase. Nice friendly professional service. Well worth a visit...
Absolutely fantastic service, Jonny was very understanding and polite, as were the rest of the staff. He made the experience of buying a new car very easy and stress free. Ended up walking away with a far better deal than I initially expected, Couldn't be happier. Don't buy a ford without giving the Pool branch a visit first!!
