First Steps have an extremely professional, caring, friendly and enthusiastic team and safe environment. They take great care of my children who are always happy to be there. The Management team are incredible. They have been exceptionally supportive and understanding , especially during the covid outbreak . I would highly recommend First Steps. I have been very particular about the Nursery I send my kids to and had bad experiences in the past. First Steps are brilliant at what they do. My son and daughter always come home happy and love their teachers. They feel safe and secure at all times.

Very dedicated and passionate staff :) All my children have been attending First Steps since 2014 and we have nothing but praise and upmost respect for all the staff and the management team. We live out of area and travel an hour each way so our little and not so little ones can attend because we wouldn’t trust anyone one else to support and care for our children. The attention to detail for learning and safeguards in place are outstanding and nothing is ever a bother for staff and management. The culture within the nursery is so friendly and supportive . All three of our children have and are still flourishing under their care. We have always noticed how happy and excited our children are each morning to attend and they are always welcomed with big smiles and open arms. ️️️THE BEST NURSERY EVER ️️️️️
I was so nervous about putting my son into a nursery so I could go back to work, even though he was 2. Everyone at first steps were amazing right from my first enquiry. My son was so shy around anyone apart from family but the girls were so good with him and he came out of himself with them and blossomed so well. He loves going to nursery and we are so pleased with how he is getting on here. Every one in the nursery is so dedicated to the children and communication is always brilliant. We can't recommend them enough. My eldest also goes to their breakfast club which he really enjoys. We will all be sad when our youngest leaves to go to big school but love it so much here we will carry on with their breakfast and after school clubs which all run so smoothly. 100% recommend this nursery to anyone needing to choose a place for their children to be happy and safe.
We were introduced First Steps from 2 of my friends (who's children attended), over this past year my daughter has grown in confidence and is continuing to thrive. She always comes out with the biggest smile, full of talk about her day, yummy food and what she has learnt throughout the day. The staff are lovely and you can tell they have great bond, love where they work and what they do. Also to add they have been great at keeping us informed during the virus outbreak with regular emails, craft ideas and packs, updates and live Q&A. Cant sing their praises enough
Fantastic nursery, the commitment from the team and owners during these tough times is amazing and professional. Always feel welcomed to ask questions and they really work with you to understand your child My little girl has grown and learnt so much attending this nursery that I sometimes forget she's only 18 months. She's advanced because of all the care and attention the nursery spends on her development and for including me and my husband in which steps they are taking to help her. Cannot fault this nursery at all! Great value all around.
