The staff are friendly and helpful. I could have got the suite at a slightly lower price, but I was happy to pay a little extra for the prompt service, patience and assistance in selecting my suite. I kept changing my mind on colour and number of sofas. This was met with calm and reassure so I walked out feeling confident with my choice and that I was in safe hands Thank you

The staff in this shop is very helpful polite and friendly. Bought dining room and lounge furniture as well as sofas. Leo spent lots of time showing us all different sofas explaining about all. Very patient and friendly person. Chris is a exceptional general manager and was very helpful and patient on sorting any issues. Very genuine team all round.

So far so good. Ordered a lovely sofa from a helpful member of staff. Delivery 6 weeks which I may need to tweak and he says they will work with me if delay in moving. Staff wearing masks, most customers having temperature taken.

Went to look at three piece suites and was welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. We weren't rushed at all and salesman was very patient as we tried various suites. It took quite a long time but we were never hurried and questions were answered without being pushy or impatient. It was a good experience from start to finish and we did eventually decide on a lovely suite. The bonus was they also arrange for the old one to be removed which very few other furniture retailers now do. Excellent!!

Leo helped us find the solution to our sofa search... incredibly friendly, child friendly (my daughter was very pleased with her cookie!!), great choice, excellent service. Leo made the whole experience really positive. Looking forward to getting my replacement suite.

There was a good range of widely varying products and the sales process was excellent and in the sale the prices seemed good. All the staff we spoke to were helpful, in particular Michael was very good and giving us time to talk and then being around when we needed to talk. This is early days though, will add to this when toe products are delivered.
