Excellent but make sure to pay for DPD delivery! I've bought a few things from GTC and they are always fast to dispatch and respond to customer queries. BUT..if you need something urgently make sure to pay the extra DPD supplement. I ordered a SIM card for one of my phones and what they don't mention is that if you don't pay the DPD premium, they send by Royal Mail. I even got a DPD tracking number for my order but when the SIM card didn't show up after a few days they said they'd used Royal Mail instead. There is no mention of this on their website. Had I known this I would have paid the DPD premium, as Royal Mail in my area is notoriously rubbish. So, an excellent company that I am happy to work with. But always, always, pay the DPD premium.

They sent wrong email out to begin with making me think I’d bought a different SIM card for a different phone than I had. I had to double check again then complain. How hard is it to check an email before sending ?? Will consider other suppliers in future.
