It is unusual that I would ever call a person or company toxic but there is no more appropriate term that I would give a company, its subsidiaries and its senior managers and directors within. The majority of these individuals appear to be driven by the desire to bully and exclude others who do not take part in this culture. I have seen this first hand over many years in many locations at many of their subsidiaries. One particular 'highlight' was a competition between 3 managers who could fire the most employees. This sums of Go Ahead completely. The majority of managers and directors completely lack empathy and are only focused on creating a culture of division and hatred forgetting about the human impact of their decisions. If you are thinking of ever working for them turn around now and save yourself. #MeToo

stay away from this company took me months to recover from that toxic environment...Interior and offices are from the second World War...Foreign and mixed race unfriendly... just avoid avoid avoid that forgotten camp.
