Ordered a number plate online and paid for it, I was emailed to say I could collect. Went to Halfords branch in Poole with all my documentation only to be told when I got there that they had no number plates and I would have to come back when they had them available. Not impressed as I now have to drive the 5 miles again to collect it when I am able.

I've been using Halfords for over 25 years I've got my first bike from here and I've had probably about 20 in my lifetime most of which from Halfords Carrera a very good bike solid but the good thing about carers is that you can always bring them back to Halfords to be repaired and they will pay for it you sometimes have to pay for the parts but you know the price is cut down when you start getting expenses paid for they do very good bike selection they have all the accessories for the bikes like inner tubes lights locks reflectors tyres I've put some photos up and I will put some more when I have to go back there today I'll take some more pictures and post them but very good place to come there has been a 5 billion investment from the government if I have the MP grant shapps for for a cycle to work scheme where Halfords would be the main players in this one so keep your eyes peeled and keep you up-to-date as best I can. I got my bike back after repairs and Maintenance and was happy at how well Piers at the Poole branch did on my my bike took a little longer than expected but hey they they still managed to do it even though a pandemic was on coronavirus has stopped many people in their tracks but Halfords seem to be tackling it better and most could ever try to do a lady called Andrea Botha managed to get things running smoothly and I would like to say thank you to everybody including Graham Stapleton the CEO of Halfords fantastic people doing fantastic things during very difficult times thank you guys and good luck

Only had one variable of an item size in tool section I needed. Had to travel from afar and then some again to find it in Bournemouth. Needs to stick more choice of. Otherwise great place anyway.

Great service. Chris appreciated the urgency of needing my bike serviced quickly, and squeezed it in Sunday morning before I was due to go back to work. Tristan did an excellent job on the service. That's how all shops should opposite. Well done lads keep up the good work!

Went down just for some advice on my Hyundai coupe 2.7 v6 regarding battery voltage change and lower gear revs change in my automatic gearbox which isn't right..(needs addressing) Spoke to Tom and was extremely helpful indeed, even though I didn't buy anything from the store.. Top oldskool customer service where in the past others didn't want to know with such issues.. Will use them to address situation in the near future.. Cheers!
