( Eastleigh Halo ) Five star service… ( Eastleigh Halo ) Five star service from start to finish , they kept me very well informed of the claim as to when it was to be pick up, when it was to be delivered back to my address . The standard of the workmanship and communication was ( excellent ). I have a very expensive vehicle but the driver who came to pick up my motorhome gave me confidence and reinsurance that it would be in safe hands and then the Eastleigh team call me when it had arrived. thank you again , Eastleigh Halo are a company you can fully trust . Unbelievably bad customer service. Booked a slot a week ago and was promised a quote the next day. No quote came so chased. Finally got a quote which I agreed. Next day was told quote was wrong and was 3 times the original quote. Then was told that figure was wrong and was given another quote 5 times the original. Asked for the quote in writing, of course it never came. Chased it to no avail. Day of my car collection, sat all day and waited. No collection. Phoned again, turns out they weren't going to collect but didn't have the courtesy or professionalism to let me know. What a waste of time!!!

I couldn't recommend Halo but enough. They took my car in and delivered it back to me withing 24hrs. Extremely happy with the service and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Avoid this company like the plague. Arranged for tyres to be replaced on my Range Rover after someone slashed them. Explained that I was going through a bereavement and they constantly harassed me chasing 100 excess. Even reported me to insurance company for not paying. Now threatening me with 25 vat per day extra until paid. Are they really that desperate for 109.
